RULES OF ENTRY
By registering, each entrant agrees to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. The contest is open to anyone over the age of 18 who registers during the period from January 19 12:00 CET, 2024 and ends on January 21 23:59 CET. The contest can only be entered in person, not through any club, automated service or other service provider. Also excluded are those who use prohibited means or otherwise gain an advantage through manipulation.
Marker Dalbello Völkl (International) GmbH reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition without notice if there is good cause to do so. In particular, the contest may be terminated if, for technical or legal reasons, the proper conduct of the contest can no longer be guaranteed. Marker Dalbello Völkl (International) GmbH may exclude individuals from the competition if there are legitimate reasons to do so, such as breach of the rules or (attempted) manipulation. We reserve the right to take legal action in such cases. If there are grounds for exclusion, any winnings may be retrospectively withdrawn or reclaimed. No claims may be made against Marker Dalbello Völkl (International) GmbH by a participant who has been excluded for legitimate reasons. The draw will take place on 01/22/2024. The draw will take place by random drawing. One winner will be drawn at random from all posts.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
No cash alternative will be offered. No more than one prize per entrant (named individual). The decision of the Promoter is final.
This competition is not associated or affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Facebook or Instagram. The sole contact and responsible party is Marker Dalbello Völkl (International) GmbH as the Promoter.
Storage of data: For the duration of the competition it is necessary for us – Marker Dalbello Völkl (International) GmbH and the appointed service provider – to store your personal data (name) and, in the case of winners, also the address. This is exclusively in order to select the winners and deliver the prizes. The data will not be passed to any third party or used for any other purpose. Your data will be deleted at the end of the competition. If you would like your data to be deleted immediately please notify us by email at eu-marketing@elevate-oc.eu. We will then delete your data without delay but for technical reasons your participation in the competition will also end. By taking part you indicate your agreement with this procedure.
